The homestay is located in the coastal residential area of Tanjung Sepat Village. The village is about an hour and a half's drive from the capital. It is a small and medium-sized Chinese village mainly engaged in agriculture and accompanied by the sea. Local folk attractions are quite close to the homestay.
The homestay uses a house from the 80s, designed and remodeled by Haus Studio, advocating a simple and living humanistic design. Utilizing local architectural and environmental advantages, all indoor spaces emphasize natural ventilation and lighting design; the main hall and two bedrooms are accompanied by a "patio"; the main hall is equipped with a fully-opening door that connects with the outdoor sea view at any time.
The place can accommodate 8-12 guests, with two spare rooms, a kitchen with basic kitchenware, two bathrooms, a hall, and a dining room. The main hall is also suitable to be shaped into various types of small activities spaces.
